Join us with Libra Within for a unique workshop that combines Aerial Art lessons in Lyra Lollipop and Sound Healing for an unforgettable experience! In this workshop, we will learn Lyra Lollipop dance technique, tricks, and spins. Upon completion, we will transition into the ultimate cool down with the powers of sound healing. This form of meditation helps to relax the mind, body, and soul.
