We’re excited to share that we’ll be hosting a Doubles Pole Workshop designed to bring a whole new level of strength, trust, and creativity to your pole journey! Partners are not required but bringing your friend is highly recommended! We’ll pair up participants during class if needed. All levels are welcome, though basic pole familiarity is encouraged. We are so excited to have you!

Teen Aerial Workshop
Join us for a high-energy Teen/Pre-Teen Aerial Workshop designed for ages 10-18! In this workshop, teens will dive into the fundamentals of acrobatics while exploring creative choreography and performance skills. Join us for a unique experience featuring lessons in Aerial Arts in combination with Sound Healing! In this class we will learn skills and techniques in lyra lollipop. To finish class we will cool down with the incredible powers of sound healing. A perfect blend of acro and meditation.
